I'm very active at work, my mother is dying of cancer. I don't eat enough and what I eat is bad because its convenient. I'm going home for 3 weeks and there will certainly be cheating, but I think I can keep up the weight loss since my overall diet will be better. Gotta keep active chasing my almost 3 yd old nephew!

I found a microwave low-carb alternative for lunch! The Tai Pei chinese boxes are a little salty, but have enough calories for 2 meals. I'm pushing water and alternating with the Bumblebee snack packs. The biggest change is that I'm working hard. Lots of walking, moving furniture, and stairs!
