Doing good this evening. Upped the water, brushed teeth, also had a cup of hot herbal tea. I think all of these things have helped. I haven't ate since supper and don't really feel hungry. And, I am doing much better on my carbs.

It seems like the hardest time for me is after supper. I need to stop eating at night. Does anybody have any advice or tips to keep yourself from snacking after supper??

Went to see my Dr. to recheck thyroid since upping my dosage of synthroid. Levels were excellent AND I have lost 11 pounds since seeing him last time (in June) and he thought that was awesome!! I am glad that I am so over being hard on myself. I want to be able to celebrate EVERY success no matter how small. To me, that was a success, and I know that even though this journey may be long, I will get there!!

Okay so I ate a few chocolate covered raisins ( I know, I know) but all in all my carbs are still good and I think that I am doing better on my calories and carbs. I know I am definately doing better in my mind. My husband actually looked at me and said "you know I can really tell you are losing weight in your face" now for the rest of me lol!
I am feeling better than ever!!
