No idea how i've lost this much in less than a week..

Intermittent fasting eating between 12pm-8pm
Generally eating healthier and cooking every meal (Intermittent fasting makes you very conscious of it i guess) No snacking at all outside of window. No sugar at all (If i can help it)
Drinking lots of unsweetened black tea and water. with very infrequent trips to the gym

so.. Alot has happened over the past year. Seems naturally due to my lifestyle/portions excercise i always go to around 210lbs. Not overly bad but it starting to irritate me so im back again, for now. Gonna try and half my intake of food make a concious effort to get more exercise. We'll see if it happens. Probs not!

Losing weight every week for literally no effort feels amazing, im used to not taking sugar now, and i have a healthish meals.. I actually managed to get into my 34 jeans today.. Bit tight but soon... SOON
