Woke up this morning realizing that I am back to back to work today. I think that I need to plan to take more days next time. 1 week is just not long enough. Although I have been working towards building my self a life that I don't need a vacation from. I have 1 more week of vacation left for this year. Not sure yet when I will be taking it.

For this week my goal is to track my foods/water/activity level daily.

I arrived home yesterday from a week in my hometown with my middle child. I took her to all my favourite places to eat, we met with family and ate all the time. I was a little nervous to get on the scalkes this morning. To my biggest surprise I lost 0.2LBS while away. Must have been all the extra walking.

I'm officially on vacation for a week. I'm so happy I get to see my middle child today. Haven't seen her in about 3 months. She is going to go with me back east to visit my parents and sister.

My goal weight wise for this trip is to not gain more then 5 pounds. I know better then to plan to lose or stay the same.
