I am a 32 years old, and share a home with my husband of 5 years, and our 2 young children in Maine. I am currently a full time student, working on a degree in Respiratory Therapy, and work per diem as an EMT. I am here to get the most out of my weight loss, and get involved. All the other times I have tried to lose weight I only recorded what I ate, and that was it. I'm hoping by journaling and having the support of my husband (who is also trying to lose weight) that it will make the difference. I am very determinded to take it off, and keep it off. :-)
