I went on SB about four years ago and successfully lost about 30 pounds. I never reached my goal weight the first time partly because I liked the way I looked after losing what I did. Now, I would like to challenge myself and reach that goal weight. Plus, I have always needed to follow SB eating guidelines when the holidays nears in order to make it through the food deluge. I am a middle school teacher in the Central Florida area.
