Hello! My name is Adrienne. I am a follower of Weight Watchers and moderate exercise.

I am trying to lose the last 10 pounds of my 50 pound weight loss journey. I came to FatSecret for support and to gain knowledge from others who are part of the grand struggle of losing/maintaining weight loss.

I am trying to adapt to healthy eating and exercise as a lifestyle. It is very hard for me sometimes as I am sure it is very hard for some of you as well.
