Hi my name is Howard and I am 35 years old. I have recently decided to lose 60 pounds. To drop from 310 lbs down to 240 lbs. I am on the Atkins diet with my girlfriend and we also walk 20 to 30 min a day. I am 6'2" tall. I would be very grateful for any encouraging words or true life stories.
