Im always dieting, or at leat its seems. im not "Fat", im in the military and im a shift worker. I work 12 hour day shifts and 12 hour night shifts alternating so im usually eating out of a lunch box and doing what i can to stay away from the sugar and choclate while trying to stay awake on nights! Dinner time is usually 8PM or 2 AM depending on the shift!
I run alot. i eat right for the most part and count calories. I am 5'7 and have maintained about 143-146 for the past year. i guess you can say i maintain not diet....
