Nice to see you here! Stick with it, the hunger will soon fade. I have been on SB now for just over two weeks and I really don't feel hungry anymore and the cravings are gone - and I have a huge sweet tooth. get those little cans or bottles of V8 juice too (Low sodium, though holy moly the regular ones are too high!) and bags of peanuts and pumpkin seeds and pistachios are the kinds of things I like to bring along. Also lf string cheese. Best wishes and you can add me as a pal anytime.

One day @ a time! One minute sometimes! If we think about what the negatives are & grab a snack that is on our list & go post something we can feel a connection & it may help so we don't fall off! I know how hard this is but I know if we are here at this site we WANT to do something! HUGS, HUGS!

Way to go!! I found the first 3 days to be the hardest as I have a real sweet tooth and love my junk food. But it did get better!!! Nuts are a life saver!!! They really help with the hunger. So does fat-free deli turkey! Keep at it. You will love the way it makes you feel to rid yourselves of all those "bad carbs."
