Ok so I feel SO MUCH BETTER TODAY! :) YAY! I woke up early for a boxfit circuit training session! Lasted 1hr15min and it KICKED MY ASS! Such a good work out. Im going to go twice a week and spin once a week. Then gym on my own.

Im trying to not let yesterday 'boy drama' effect me too much.

Im meeting up with one of my close friends tomorrow to try out this steam room yoga thing. Basically its yoga/pilates in a massive steam room for an hour! Im scared!! I hope its not too hard, I bought some small shorts n top (not confident enough to go in a bikini yet) So i'll let y'all know how it goes! :)
