Any tips on detoxing? Im doing a short two day veg flush (i created this myself!) Basically for two days im going to drink 4liters of water a day and all the fruit n raw veg I WANT! I just want to reduce my craving for sugar and refresh my system a little. I've gotten a little of track resently. My fat content is too high and my chocolate/cookie craving is reaching an all time HIGH!
How do y'all deal with sugar cravings?! I'll be updating on my my journal over the two days (if anyone cares...or is even reading this :) Lets see if i feel better on sunday! :D

I just realised that it's called fruit flush detox and is normally done for three days!EEEEEEK! My version is a little shorter with some 'nono' fruits.

DAY ONE: I dont think I can do this! I cant imagine doing it for anymore than two days! Im even considering only doing it for one day! :/ AHHHHHH
