OK so i weighed in this morning because I was thinking 'ok lets see how much I have added' (as motivation whilst at the gym) BUT I LOST SOME WEIGHT! TO MY SUPRISE! Its was a great motivation...just what I needed right now. I followed my diet 'so so' it wasnt the best week. But I still lost some weight by no giving up! SO DONT GIVE UP EVERYONE!!!

KEEP IT UP EVERYONE! :D
