Ok so the past few days have been horrible! Rock bottom low! I havent eaten too badly just throwing in the random chocolate bar instead of dinner! :/
SOOOO.... im doing my 'new day' rule! Im going to bed now its (10.50pm in the UK so this is freekishly early for me to be going to bed) Going to the gym in the morning and my hair done in the afternoon with my mom :) Hopes tomorrow i'll be back to motivated ol'me again FINGERS CROSSED!...oh NOT LOOKING FORWARD TO SUNDAY WEIGH IN :/ EEEEEEK! Also Im still even whilst stressed not eaten or craved meat (blood type A diet=vegetarianism) So Im thinking this could be a new start! :)
GOOD NIGHT WONDERFUL FS MEMBERS!...DREAM THIN!!! :D

3 Hours later and I still cant sleep, back on FatSecret....replying to some posts and HOPE TO FALL ASLEEP SOON SO I CAN MAKE THE GYM IN THE MONRING!!! :?
