It is taking a bit of time to figure out what is part of the Mediterranean diet. I grilled a bunch of veggies this morning and have eaten about half of them so far. I am surprisingly full and have only eaten 738 kcal so far. I plan to have a peach later when I am hungry again. I plan to make some cloud bread later. I think for supper I will have some olives and feta with my glass of wine.
