OK! Ready to start, I was going to begin on Monday but I figure not better start than today!
I have been taken meat out of my diet for a week and slowly easing myself into a better food plan. My biggest craving is chocolate! I love it way to much. Im fed up of people saying 'try dark chocolate' I have and I hate it! So I am going to see how cutting chocolate out will help. Also chesse! I love that too but I know it had to go! I think I could be fine with that though. I just want results! I dont know how I got so over weight. But my jeans are not fitting or way to tight and I dont want to buy new ones I want to fit back into them!!
I may also try swimming as part of my exercise regime, but I have a slight fear of water! Weird I know! I can swim but I just dont like to. Anyway Im blabbing on. But Im hopeful and any tips feel free to let me know! :)
