Wanted to try to start healthy eating this week as I moved out of my Mother in Laws House who was cooking me loads of unhealthy food. So hard as we don't even have a fridge! Annoying as I have been exercising and getting into a good rhythm but all this junk for dinner is bringing me down. I guess next week is a new week and as good a time to start as any.

thanks guys :P I get really enthusiastic about my fitness and then injure myself and it gets me all down. I think I need to start Yoga to compliment my weight training and for stress
