Have been doing some RPM classes to help burn some energy. My legs are sooo sore now. It's nearly too much to roll on my foam roller. Need a massage desperately!

I don't know what it is but there is a nasty flu getting around. I thought I had missed it but just in time for the weekend it grabbed me.
Still feeling yucky. Nearly 4 months on my countdown. Gotta get real and train.
Do I train and sweat this out or rest it up? I've had success and fails with both plans previously.

My weight is a tricky one. I don't really see too much going on the scales but feel my clothes are not as tight.
Have decided to measure myself instead to hopefully get a better picture.
First measurements:
Waist 87cm
Thighs (both) 58cm
Hips 102cm
hopefully these numbers go down!

Wanted to try to start healthy eating this week as I moved out of my Mother in Laws House who was cooking me loads of unhealthy food. So hard as we don't even have a fridge! Annoying as I have been exercising and getting into a good rhythm but all this junk for dinner is bringing me down. I guess next week is a new week and as good a time to start as any.
