Today was my first week on Atkins, or at least close to. I know I was not 100% and my food dairy reflects it. BUT overall I'm very happy with my results! DOWN 4.2!!!

Congrats on week one. Keep up the good work. You'll be ditching that sugar in no time :-). You may want to give Splenda a try. I am an Equal kinda gal. Happy eating.

Thanks! I'll get a box of Slenda for my work! The good thing is that I'm drinking less coffee because I feel guilty using the REAL sugar! :)
