Eating as if I were pregnant with triplets... not a good thing... Don't want to 'diet' right now, but certainly don't want to turn into a cow either... there is a fine line, and I WILL find it!

why dont you try swapping some of your snacks for fruit or veg maybe. What about drinks are you finding it hard to come off caffine? I found that drinking decaf tea kinda helped me wean off tea full stop so now i just have about 1.5litres of water a day. Aim for the moon, if you slip you'll fall amoung the stars!
