Yesterday was a long day, and I wasn't very hungry. My calorie intake ended up being a lot lower than usual, and my carbs were pretty low, as well. That did result in breaking through and losing a pound. My body seems to have a hard time getting past the 162-lb. mark, so I'm glad to be at 161 lbs. Let's hope I can get into the 150s in the next few days! Excited!
