I have just joined the local gym having my first training session on thu morning i had to commit to a 6 month contract so im hoping that this will pay off! i have tried the gym thing before didnt really appeal to me i found i got bored really quickly. im hoping it will be different this time around im hoping to be going before work which will be a challenge as im not that brilliant in the mornings but by doing this it the gym will be alot quieter so hopefully i can get more done in the time i have got! im hoping i can stick at this now as i dont really enjoy working out but wish i did!
