I have just joined the local gym having my first training session on thu morning i had to commit to a 6 month contract so im hoping that this will pay off! i have tried the gym thing before didnt really appeal to me i found i got bored really quickly. im hoping it will be different this time around im hoping to be going before work which will be a challenge as im not that brilliant in the mornings but by doing this it the gym will be alot quieter so hopefully i can get more done in the time i have got! im hoping i can stick at this now as i dont really enjoy working out but wish i did!

OK so again I slipped up last night and had some chocolate cake at a birthday party! I really need to get back on track as I havent even done any excersize this week. I dont seem to have the will. I really dont enjoy it and after a days work its one of the last things I want to be doing I had been really good with it for a while and was doing it most nights, Hopefully I will be back on track soon!

I had a rough weekend with my dieting didnt do very well! will be back on track as of today! My will power is too weak!!!

I kinda gave myself a day off yesterday! I do thik its important to let yourself indulge now and again keeps you on track, but I still cant help feeling guilty, everything i ate yesterday is on my food diary i still didnt exceed my calorie allowance still cant help worrying that it will effect my weight loss!
