Began my weight loss plan on Jan 1; first started on a low carb plan, but changed to low cal a week or so ago. Since Jan 1, I have lost 8 lbs. My weight was 153 on 1/1. I just registered today on this site; hope I find it useful. I discovered on this site that I chose the wrong salad at Appleby's yesterday; it was very high in calories.
