At 210 pounds this morning; a 30 pound loss since February 3rd. This coming Sunday will be day 70 and mark ten weeks of eating healthier.

Began the day with a nice homemade protein smoothie.

That's fantastic. I wish mine would drop that fast.

It does seem fast, however during March I didn't lose much at all...but I trusted the math in the hope it would catch up with me. My last weigh-in in March showed improvement, as has the past two weeks.
