One week into the weight loss challenge and other than my unintended cheat ay on Saturday I did pretty well and am happy with my progress. This weeks goal is to consume about the same as last week but up the activity level... I CAN DO IT!!!
90.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
