hey fat secret!! I am overweight and very unhealthy. I have diabetes and high blood pressure. Found out I was diabetic last year andthis the ear i went for a gyno appt and found out that I was damn near having a stroke. im only 30. so I need to start taking my health seriously. hopefully the fatsecret family can help. so im giving it a try. im also getting married in July so I would also want to slim down 30lbs for thr wedding. I need the support!!!
