Superbowl was bad; I ate a brat with mustard, baked beans, ketchup, and french fries piled on that glorious hoagie bun. And BEER! It was amazing, and not I'm happily paying for it. Had a good yoga workout today, as long as I start incorporating that into a regular daily workout I'll be a.o.k!
59.2 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
