Ok, I know I'm not supposed to weigh in everyday, but I was so excited by this! I haven't seen that in almost 2 years!

And this means that I was able to do reasonably well over the holidays too! I am feeling good and I'm so glad that I'm finally getting back into shape! And I'm 3.2 pounds from my first mini goal of 10 pounds lost (pre-twins weight!)
69.5 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
