Well, I got my yoga done yesterday and it kicked my rear! I am so sore today! My obliques, hip flexors, butt, and shoulders. I am going to do it again today since the daycare portion of our gym is closed today. BOO sad!

I haev been on top of my calories for the past 2 days but the scale hasn't moved. I need to up my water and cran water. I know I am at a 2 day lag but STILL. Getting the scale to MOVE is always the hardest for me and then, believe it or not, getting it to stop moving. ARRGHH! ; )

Hang in there jas. I am sorry to hear that you have had some hard times, I am also at a point where i need to pick it up. I am sure you will start kicking but again. Stay focused and strong! You can do it!
