Hello FATSECRET!! I know its been a while and so much has changed: I've moved country (geneva in Switzerland) moved out of home started my Masters all in the past three months. With all this change came a major change in diet...BAD DIET!
I have started comfort eating like crazy and now I am a vegetarian I have started eating alot of dairy and all of the unhealthy things that a vegetarian can eat!
This is all behind me (I hope) I am trying to get back on track and curb my cravings for these bad things. Im starting off with a strict few days to get over the cravings and then progressing from there.
Personal info: I have had a tough few years, cut relationship with my father and since then had a tough time in relationships outside of my close friends and family. Moving country has helped me breake out of my comfort zone. But I think I have gained some anxiety and anxiety fuelled eating. I eat how I feel like many other people out there Im sure and I have found myself in a place where Im eating junk food like fries to fill a gap...or just to get that moment of joy then soon dwindles. I know I can get over this, I have faith, in myself and in God that this isnt me and not my portion in life.
I'll be wieghing in and keeping track of my eating as much as I can. I hope fatsecret can help me as much as it did before :)
