Ok so I planed to weigh in to day but decided not to. It hasnt even been a full week! So I am going to give my self this week, work my but off and start on a good path. I am going to get out of the habit of weighing myself everytime I pass the scales!! THat is what I used to do!! Im also going to measure myself too, someone once told me thats a good way of seeing a change.
I'll make a little chart and monitor it. Would be good to have a size chart on here wouldnt it! Anyway I am starting a boxfit boot camp today, its just three days this week and I am going to go to the gym on top of that. KICK myself into shape! Get my fitness level back up so I can work out easier!
Yoga/Pilates morning workouts make me feel sooo good! So I am going to start that as well!
