Tried greek yogurt this morning, probably my favorite new breakfast. Fills you up longer than regular yogurt too. Wish I could eat on the weekdays the same as I can on the weekends, I don't have to try half as hard to watch what I eat at home with everything here. All the crap that is always around at work is more than likely the culprit.

Greek yogurt is great. A good thing to try with it is take fruit, usually strawberries and blueberries, sweeten them with your fave substitute and add cinnamon. Let that sit in your fridge overnight, and then add that to plain greek yogurt. It's delicious. I do a great job when I am at work, packing my dinner, etc, but I am awful when I am at home with snack (100 calorie packs) at my disposal. I love those things, but could down like four of them at a time.

I love greek yogurt too! I never eat the other kind anymore. If you like greek yogurt, you should sometime try Skyr..it is an Icelandic style non-fat strained yogurt...kinda like greek yogurt but thicker in my opinion http://skyr.com/about_skyr.html I love mine with fresh strawberries or pineapple and sometimes agave sweetner :) Yummy :D
