- Die Früchte (Falls tiefgefroren) circa 2 Minuten in die Mikrowelle. Danach mit dem Quark vermengen. Circa 50 ml Wasser, 20 g Honig oder Stevia (zum süßen), ein Teelöffel Zimt dazugeben und gut vermengen, bis man eine Jogurt-artige Konsistenz hat. Guten Appetit.
