Canelones sin harina de espinaca y pimiento.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mezclar la leche con las claras, que queden espumosas, y cocinar a fuego lento en panquequera (armando los panqueques).
  2. Descongelar espinaca, cortarla bien, cortar los pimientos chiquitos, añadirlos junto con el casancrem. condimentar a gusto.
  3. Rellenar los "panqueques" y servir junto con el puré de tomate condimentado.

Debez mezlcar las claras y la leche con una batidora electrica. A mano solamente si te animas a batir durante 20 minutos sin papar. Asi de paso quemas algunasa kcal's de mas XD

Hola, intenté hacer los panqueques pero no se hacían correctamente. Intenté poniéndoles más huevos e incluso un poco de casamcrem. Creo que no llevaba leche, no sé. ¿Qué hice mal?
