Bloody Mary on A Plate

A great filling and satisfying snack that is also attractive enough to serve as an appetizer.

Directions

  1. Wash celery and trim ends.
  2. Top each stalk with 1/2 tablespoon salsa.
  3. Divide wedge of Swiss cheese between two stalks of celery.
