Tofufrikadellen

Vegetarische Frikadelle

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Tofu ganz klein zerkrümeln, Lauch Zwiebeln fein schneiden und die geputzte Möhre grob reiben.
  2. Die übrigen Zutaten dazugeben, kräftig abschmecken und etwas stehen lassen.
  3. Kleine flache Frikadellen formen und in den restlichen Vollkornbrösel (1El) wenden.
  4. In einer beschichteten Pfanne in Rapsöl beidseitig goldgelb braten.
  5. Dazu schmecken eine kräftige Tomaten Sauce und ein frischer Salat.
  6. Variation: klein geformte Frikadellen mit einem würzigen Dipp sind eine vorzügliche vegetarische Speise für jedes kalte Buffet.
