- Mettre les courgettes dans un plat allant au four, four que vous aurez préalablement mis a chauffer th.6 180*.
- Dans un saladier, battre l'oeuf en omelette, ajoutez le lait, l'ail, le parmesan, poivrer, saler. Vous pouvez y ajouter de la muscade.
- Enfourner jusqu'à se que le gratin dore.
