Sopa de Legumes

A refeição saudável, leve e deliciosa.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Corte os legumes.
  2. Em uma panela coloque um fio de azeite extra virgem, coloque a cebola e o caldo de galinha e deixe dourar um pouco. Coloque a batata e a cenoura, misture um pouco e coloque agua até cobrir os legumes.
  3. Quando estiver quase cozidos coloque o tomate. Assim que estiver pronto desligue o fogo e coloque a cebolinha.
  4. Pronto.
