Creamy Cucumber Salad

A low fat twist on creamy cucumbers.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In bowl slice peeled cucumber and red onion.
  2. In another bowl mix mayonnaise, water and vinegar.
  3. Pour mixture over cucumbers and onions, add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover and place in fridge for 3 hours before serving.

No. I think that the proportions on the recipe are wrong. I make something similar. 2 medium sliced cucumbers, a slice of red onion, the rings are separated. 3 tablespoons of mayo, 1/4 tsp of vinegar, 3 tablespoons of water. It does serve only me....but I love cukes!!

I was willing to try this but again the recipe is messed up. Serves 1 ????? Who would eat all this for themselves? This recipe needs adjustment. This is more like a 4 serving recipe. Please lets get these recipes right.
