Magdalenas Integrales sin Azúcar

Magdalenas de limón sin azúcar.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. En un bol echamos los huevos con el edulcorante y lo batiremos bien.
  2. Iremos añadiendo la leche, el aceite y la ralladura de limón, mezclaremos todo bien.
  3. Añadiremos la harina con la levadura y lo mezclaremos poco a poco.
  4. Prepararemos unos moldes para magdalenas.
  5. Los llenaremos unas 3/4 partes de la masa.
  6. Las introduciremos en el horno a 160ºC o 180ºC según el horno, y las dejaremos hasta que estén listas, unos 15- 20 minutos, iremos pinchando con un palillo y cuando salga seco, estarán listas.
