Gemüse-Hackfleischpfanne

Extrem lecker.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Zwiebel klein würfeln, Gemüse waschen, schälen und klein schneiden.
  2. Das Rinderhackfleisch würzen und mit den Zwiebeln und Knoblauch scharf anbraten, danach das Gemüse und die Schinkenwürfel dazu und mit etwas Wasser ablöschen und ca. 20 Minuten leicht köcheln lassen.
  3. Vor dem Servieren nochmal abschmecken und ggfs Würzen.
