Gemüse-Hackfleischpfanne
Extrem lecker.
Ingredients
Directions
- Zwiebel klein würfeln, Gemüse waschen, schälen und klein schneiden.
- Das Rinderhackfleisch würzen und mit den Zwiebeln und Knoblauch scharf anbraten, danach das Gemüse und die Schinkenwürfel dazu und mit etwas Wasser ablöschen und ca. 20 Minuten leicht köcheln lassen.
- Vor dem Servieren nochmal abschmecken und ggfs Würzen.
