  1. Potong Potong Sawi Putih Kemudian Cuci Bersih.
  2. Iris tipis2 bawang putih dan bawang bombay, iris serong cabai merah, iris tomat menjadi dua bagian.
  3. Panaskan minyak, lalu tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay. Setelah harum masukkan telur dan orak-arik, tambahkan 250ml air, setelah mendidih tambahkan kol, cabai dan tomat, aduk rata. Tambahkan gula, garam, kecap & royco.
  4. Koreksi rasa, tunggu sampai matang.
