Torta ai Cachi

Leggero, dolce e delizioso.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Lavate i cachi e privateli della pelle, frullate la polpa con il mixer, aggiungete gli albumi, lo zucchero e l'olio e frullate fino a creare una crema liscia.
  2. Versate il composto in una ciotola, aggiungete la farina con il lievito e mescolate con una frusta a mano per evitare grumi.
  3. Versare il composto in uno stampo e cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per 35-40 minuti.
  4. Lasciate raffreddare completamente prima di spolverare con zucchero a velo, se lo desiderate.
