Sausage and Artichoke Pasta

A creamy pasta dish using sausages and artichokes.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Saute garlic with the sausages until warm.
  2. Add artichokes, olives and mushrooms and continue to saute until water has evaporated.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling water.
  4. Drain the pasta and add other ingredients, including the cooking cream, mix well and serve.

Sounds great, but check the cholesterol. Ouch! I'm going to try this with some other kind of sausage. Turkey, maybe?
