Quick and easy zucchini soup.
Ingredients
Directions
- Heat the oil in a large pan.
- Add the onions and brown.
- Add the water and stock cubes and stir until dissolved.
- Add the potato and zucchini and bring to the boil for 20 minutes or until soft.
- Blend the soup and serve.
