Zapallos Rellenos

Zapallos italianos rellenos.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cocinar los zapallos partidos en agua con sal por 20 min. Cocinar la carne con ajo sal y pimienta. reservar. Rallar el queso.
  2. Enfriar los zapallos, sacar las pepas y extraer la carne dejando las cascaras con forma. Mezclar la carne, el zapallo escurrido y 1/3 del queso.
  3. Rellenar las canoas de zapallo con la mezcla y espolvorear el resto del queso, el parmesano y el orégano.
  4. Llevar al horno por 15 min hasta que gratine. dejar reposar 15 min. y servir.
