- Misturar todos ingredientes (menos o óleo) até ficar com uma massa liquida.
- Pré-aqueça uma frigideira antiaderente. Untar com um guardanapo com óleo a frigideira. Coloque uma concha da massa e cubra com a tampa. Após uns segundos a massa estará consistente e é tempo de virar a panqueca.
- Coloque as panquecas no prato, separadas por uma folha de papel. Sirva com frutas, uma colher de mel ou iogurte.
