- Взбить белок, добавить туда скуп протеина. Творог размять вилкой, добавить взбитый белок, муку и изюм. Все перемешать.
- Скатать комочки, приплюснуть. У меня получилось 10 шт по 50-52 гр. Пожарить на сковороде (взбрызнула олив масло) с каждой стороны по 4 мин, на среднем огне до румяной корочки.
