Directions

  1. Натрите огурец на крупной терке. Если кожица горчит, предварительно ее удалите.
  2. Сырую молодую свеклу очистите и натрите на мелкой терке.
  3. Сложите огурцы и свеклу в большую миску или кастрюлю, добавьте кефир и мелко нарезанную зелень.
  4. Посолите и положите очень мелко нарезанный чеснок.
  5. Хорошо перемешайте, добавьте немного холодной воды, проверьте на соль и подавайте, посыпав зеленью.
