Directions
- Натрите огурец на крупной терке. Если кожица горчит, предварительно ее удалите.
- Сырую молодую свеклу очистите и натрите на мелкой терке.
- Сложите огурцы и свеклу в большую миску или кастрюлю, добавьте кефир и мелко нарезанную зелень.
- Посолите и положите очень мелко нарезанный чеснок.
- Хорошо перемешайте, добавьте немного холодной воды, проверьте на соль и подавайте, посыпав зеленью.
